• Late or missed payments may result in suspension from practices, games, or team activities until accounts are current.

5. Program Changes

By participating in Rising AllStarz programs or events, you grant permission for the organization to use photos, videos, or recordings that may include your child for promotional or educational purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before the event.

Participation in youth sports carries inherent risks. Rising AllStarz, its coaches, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during participation in practices, games, travel, or events. Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for their child’s health and safety.
