Find the Right AllStarzs Program
Rising AllStarz provides age-appropriate basketball programs designed to meet athletes at their current level while preparing them for the next stage of development. Our Grade School, Middle School, and High School programs are structured differently based on each athlete’s age, experience, competitive level, and long-term goals.
Grade School Programs
Our Grade School Program focuses on building a strong basketball foundation in a positive and competitive environment. Athletes receive consistent training designed to improve their fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, and overall understanding of the game.
Players participate in league competition to receive valuable game experience and may also compete in select tournaments throughout the year. At this level, our priority is development—not simply wins and losses.
Our Grade School Program focuses on:
-
Ball-handling, passing, shooting, and footwork
-
Defensive fundamentals and proper positioning
-
Basketball IQ and learning team concepts
-
Confidence, discipline, and sportsmanship
-
Communication and teamwork
-
Preparing athletes for Middle School basketball
-
Building competitive rosters with a maximum of approximately nine players
Some grade levels may have multiple teams to ensure athletes are placed in the environment that best matches their current ability and development needs.
Middle School Programs
Our Middle School Program is designed for committed and advanced athletes preparing for competitive AAU basketball, school basketball, and the adidas Jr. 3SSB Circuit.
Players receive advanced skill development, competitive team training, and opportunities to compete in leagues and tournaments. Training is designed to improve individual ability while also developing athletes within our team system.
When athletes are participating in school basketball, we continue working with them through low-contact skill sessions. These workouts help athletes remain sharp without placing unnecessary physical demands on them during their school season.
Our Middle School Program focuses on:
-
Advanced individual skill development
-
Competitive league and tournament play
-
Preparation for the adidas Jr. 3SSB Circuit
-
School basketball preparation and support
-
Basketball IQ and decision-making
-
Position-specific development
-
Strength, conditioning, and injury prevention
-
Team chemistry, communication, and camaraderie
-
Maintaining continuity between school basketball and AAU competition
-
Recruiting committed athletes who are prepared for a higher level of competition
The goal is to keep our athletes connected, developing, and prepared so they can enter the AAU circuit season ahead of the competition.
High School Programs
Our High School Program is built for advanced athletes seeking competitive basketball, player development, recruiting exposure, and opportunities to compete on the adidas Gold Circuit.
The program emphasizes high-level training and preparation while supporting athletes during their school basketball seasons. Players continue participating in low-contact skill development sessions to maintain their shooting, ball-handling, footwork, conditioning, and overall confidence.
These sessions also allow athletes to maintain relationships with their teammates and coaches so the team is prepared to compete together when the AAU circuit begins.
Our High School Program focuses on:
-
Advanced and position-specific training
-
Preparation for varsity-level basketball
-
adidas Gold Circuit competition
-
College recruiting exposure
-
Film, evaluation, and player development
-
Basketball IQ and game preparation
-
Strength, speed, and conditioning
-
Leadership, accountability, and discipline
-
Maintaining team chemistry and camaraderie
-
Preparing athletes for college-level opportunities
Our High School teams are intended for athletes who are serious about their development and ready to compete against high-level talent.
Tryout and Player Evaluation Process
Rising AllStarz tryouts are used to evaluate each athlete’s current ability, effort, attitude, basketball IQ, coachability, and overall fit within our program.
During evaluations, our coaches consider:
-
Fundamental skill level
-
Effort and competitiveness

Defensive ability
-
Decision-making and basketball IQ
-
Communication and teamwork

-

Team placement is based on the athlete’s current level, roster availability, position needs, and the competitive requirements of each team. Attending a tryout does not guarantee placement on a team.
